Andrews has entered a new long-term partnership with Zoopla, under which all 40 of the estate agency’s branches will list their properties on the property portal.

This latest announcement comes just a week after Connells Group signed a new five-year contract covering its estate agency businesses.

Under the agreement, Connells Group’s 1,263 branches across 86 estate agency brands, including Barnard Marcus, Hamptons, John D. Wood & Co., Bairstow Eves, Bridgfords and William H Brown, will continue to list their properties on Zoopla.

David Powell, managing director of Andrews said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Zoopla, a key partner that supports Andrews in delivering our medium-term strategy. We value the focus Zoopla has on optimising both the customer experience and delivering quality leads that are helping to grow our business.”

Paul Whitehead, CEO of Zoopla, added: “This long-term renewal is a powerful endorsement of how we’re delivering real value for money to our customers. We look forward to supporting Andrews’ growth ambitions across the South of England for many years to come.”
