Winkworth franchisee Sean Doyle has taken over a fourth Winkworth office, in Crystal Palace, south-east London.

Doyle has owned the Winkworth Forest Hill and Winkworth New Cross franchises for the past eight years.

He acquired Winkworth Beckenham last year and has now added the Crystal Palace office. Anthony Finn has joined the Crystal Palace team as head of sales, while Adeyna McKinley-Waithe has moved from the New Cross office to become head of lettings.

Doyle said: “Crystal Palace is a great area, still offering good value, and complements our Forest Hill,  New Cross and Beckenham offices as people move out to find homes to suit the next stage in their lives. I am delighted to be building such a successful business with Winkworth, a high profile brand with an excellent digital reach.”

Dominic Agace, Chief Executive of Winkworth, commented: “This is an excellent move for Sean and it is exciting to see his strategic expansion in an area of London which offers great opportunities for home buyers and investors.

“We are always looking for entrepreneurial property professionals looking to  run their own business, with all the support we offer through our marketing, digital, professional and regulatory team at head office.”
