The shot capped an epic comeback for UK, which trailed by 18 points less than a minute into the second half.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementWith the win, Kentucky improves to 11-6 on the season and 2-2 in the SEC. LSU remains winless in league bouts (0-4) and dropping to 12-5 overall.
The Wildcats hit the road again for their next game. Kentucky travels to face border rival Tennessee at noon Saturday. Tipoff in Knoxville, Tennessee, is set for noon at Thompson-Boling Arena.
