Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star Darius Garland's night ended early as he exited Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers with a foot injury.
The injury appeared to occur in the third quarter, as Garland battled for a loose ball with the Sixers' Jabari Walker and Quentin Grimes. Garland got twisted up awkwardly and immediately grabbed at his foot and shin.
