This time, adapting the Hashira Training Arc, featuring dual-casting of Shogo Sakamoto and Fu Takahashi as Tanjiro Kamado as the corps prepares its elite fighters to bring the fight to Muzan Kibutsuji.
Confirmed by the Demon Slayer Stage X account via Crunchyroll News, DEMON SLAYER -KIMETSU NO YAIBA- the stage: Hashira Training is coming to Tokyo in June 2026. This is the stage play's sixth show as the live-action rendition approaches its climax. Running since 2020, it has grown internationally popular thanks to streaming availability, with Hashira Training sure to attract attention.

Staging Another Comeback
In addition to a slew of preview visuals, the news highlights its casting announcement, with Takahashi hailing from WATWING, a popular dance and vocal group. Meanwhile, Sakamoto reprises his role after last appearing in 2023. Kenichi Suemitsu is confirmed to be writing the script, while Shunsuke Wada is handling the music arrangements.
For Demon Slayer fans, while this is an exciting new offering of content, the main prize continues to be news of the next Infinity Castle movie release date. However, as the previous installments and even other anime like Oshi no Ko have shown, these live-action renditions are hugely popular because of impressive production values and commitment of the cast.
