MIAMI, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Christian Watson and Kyle Monangai are among my fantasy football waiver wire priorities for Week 14.
Trevor Lawrence, Tyrod Taylor, Blake Corum, Chris Godwin and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense/special teams are among my other targets.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe last four teams to serve their byes are off this week. You should search for valuable players to grab off your waiver wire or as available free agents if you need streaming replacements. Be sure to monitor your league's transactions to help improve your roster, while ensuring you make adjustments based on potential lineup absences.
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Justin Herbert, Marvin Harrison Jr., and Aaron Jones were among the players injured in Week 13. Their status and that of other injured players should be monitored.
Players from the Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers, who are on bye, should be benched or potentially dropped.
Check out my full list of waiver wire targets below if you need replacement options for injured starters. Injuries, breakout performances and other factors have cleared the way for several players to warrant a spot on fantasy football team benches or maybe even in starting lineups.

Trevor Lawrence and Tyrod Taylor are my top quarterbacks to target off the waiver wire. Lawrence threw at least two touchdown passes in each of his last two starts. This week, Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars will take on the Indianapolis Colts.
The Colts allowed at least 250 passing yards and/or multiple touchdown passes in five of their last seven games. They also surrendered the fifth-most passing yards per game to the position through 13 weeks. Lawrence has a great shot of throwing for 250 yards and two scores in this matchup, which lands him on the streaming radar.
Taylor provided the ninth-most fantasy points among quarterbacks in Week 13, joining Lawrence as a Top 10 play. He could end up in the same range this week when his New York Jets take on a Miami Dolphins defense that just allowed 239 yards and two scores to New Orleans Saints rookie Tyler Shough.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe Dolphins allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks so far this season. They surrendered multiple touchdown passes to quarterbacks in three of their last four games.
Taylor can be plugged in as a low-end QB1 if you are desperate for a streamer.
RUNNING BACK
Kyle Monangai and Chris Rodriguez are among my running back targets. Monangai provided high-end RB2/low-end RB1 fantasy football production several times this season, including a 130-yard, one-score performance in Week 13. He scored in each of his last four games, a streak that started after he erupted for 196 yards from scrimmage in Week 9.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThis week, Monangai and the Chicago Bears will take on the Green Bay Packers. I expect more RB2-range production from Monangai this week due to his tough matchup, but he still should be rostered in all leagues and started if you are in need of a plug-in option.
Rodriguez is in the same range as Monangai this week. The Washington Commanders running back found the end zone in four of his last six games. He received an average of 11.2 touches per game over his last four appearances and should continue to see the majority of backfield touches for the Commanders.
This week, the Commanders will take on a Minnesota Vikings defense that allowed the seventh-most rushing yards per game to running backs through 13 weeks. Rodriguez has a solid chance of finding the end zone in this matchup. He could climb into RB1 territory if he eclipses 75 yards from scrimmage.
WIDE RECEIVER
Christian Watson of the Green Bay Packers is among my wide receiver targets off the waiver wire. Watson provided WR1 value last week, when he totaled four catches for 80 yards and a score on a season-high 10 targets.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementHe averaged WR2-level production over the last four weeks and should have another great day Sunday when the Packers host the Chicago Bears.
The Bears allowed the third-most fantasy points and touchdowns per game to wide receivers through 13 weeks. They also just allowed 132 yards and two scores to A.J. Brown.
Watson has evolved into more than a touchdown-or-bust play. He can be used as a WR3/WR2, dependent on league size, going forward.
Check your fantasy football league's waiver wire to see if Tampa Bay Buccaneers playmaker Chris Godwin is available. If so, he should be snatched up and plugged into your lineup, especially if you are weak at the wide receiver position.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementGodwin caught just two passes for 9 yards in his Week 12 return, his first game since Week 5. He bounced back with a 3-catch, 78-yard effort in the Buccaneers' 20-17 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday in Tampa, Fla.
This week, the Buccaneers will take on a Saints defense that has been decent against opposing passing games. Godwin can still be plugged in as a low-end WR3 this week and beyond.
Jayden Higgins, Alec Pierce and Devaughm Vele are among my other wide receiver targets in Week 14.
TIGHT END
Darren Waller of the Miami Dolphins is my top tight end target. Like Godwin, the veteran pass catcher just returned from an injury hiatus. He logged 47 yards on two catches in the Dolphins' Week 13 win over the Saints.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe Dolphins' pass game was muted in recent weeks, but Waller should continue his role as a reliable target, especially in the red zone. The Dolphins also have a great playoff schedule, with matchups against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals, who have both struggled to defend tight ends.
This week, the Dolphins will take on a New York Jets defense that just allowed seven catches and 82 yards to Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts. The Jets also allowed two touchdowns to Waller in Week 4.
Waller is a low-end TE1 play going forward.
