The two actors starred as Harry and Draco Malfoy, respectively, across eight films in the hit fantasy franchise, spanning from 2001 to 2011.
After years apart, Radcliffe and Felton recently reunited at a screening of the former's new movie, Merrily We Roll Along. A video shared by People captures the moment, which shows Felton approaching his former costar before Radcliffe quickly wraps him in a hug. Check out the video below:
The video shows the two former Harry Potter stars quickly falling into a conversation, with Radcliffe keeping one hand on Felton's shoulder. The video ends before the two actors part ways, but the lights at the theater are flashing, indicating that the intermission at the theater is ending.
This reunion with Radcliffe comes amidst a major return to the world of Harry Potter for Felton, who just recently made his Broadway debut in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. In the hit stage play, Felton reprises his role as an older Draco in a story set 19 years after the events of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 (2011).

Felton's reunion with Radcliffe also isn't the only franchise reunion he's experienced in recent weeks. The actor also recently reconnected with Jason Isaacs, who played Draco's father, Lucius Malfoy, across multiple Harry Potter films.
Radcliffe, on the other hand, has been more clear about wanting to leave the Wizarding World in his past, shooting down suggestions that he will be reprising his role anytime soon. That being said, Radcliffe did recently reveal that he wrote Dominic McLaughlin, the new actor playing Harry in HBO's upcoming Harry Potter TV show, a letter wishing him luck with his role and the series.
Merrily We Roll Along is the latest in a long line of unique projects Radcliffe has taken on in recent years. Directed by Maria Friedman, the adaptation of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth’s musical is essentially a filmed version of the stage play, which also stars Jonathan Groff and Lindsay Mendez.
Radcliffe's other recent projects include Weird: The Al Yankovic Story (2022), The Lost City (2022), and Escape from Pretoria (2020). Outside his return as Malfoy, Felton has recently appeared in movies like Altered (2025), Some Other Woman (2023), Burial (2022), and The Forgotten Battle (2020).
Though Radcliffe seemingly won't be returning to the world of Harry Potter anytime soon, his latest reunion with Felton is a reminder of just what a profound impact the franchise had on his life and career.
