Ole Miss is currently on a two game losing streak, losing to an Iowa team that will make the NCAA Tournament by five and dropping a one point contest to the Utah Utes. A staple of the Ole Miss offense last season was an insanely low number of turnovers almost every game. The Rebs had 24 turnovers combined in the two losses.

They just can’t last for a long stretch, Ole Miss has to get off the mat tonight against the Hurricanes inside the Pavilion.
This will be the fifth time these two schools match up as Miami holds the 3-1 edge with Ole Miss winning the last contest in overtime back in 2011. New radio color commentator, Murphy Holloway was on that victorious 2011 squad.
Ole Miss has the better win between the two squads, defeating Memphis, but Miami’s two losses came to defending National Champions Florida and a top-10 BYU squad.
The name to watch for the Hurricanes is Indiana transfer Malik Reneau who is currently averaging 20.8 points per game. Miami is averaging 86 points per game thanks to four players, including Reneau, averaging double digit. Ole Miss is currently averaging 79 points per contest with three players averaging double digits.
