UHY Hacker Young expands network with Williamson & Croft addition

UHY Hacker Young UK has added Williamson & Croft to its network, extending the group’s UK coverage and increasing its ability to offer services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Williamson & Croft was rebranded as UHY Williamson Croft on 1 December 2025.

The firm provides tax, audit and advisory services to not-for-profit organisations, SMEs and companies operating internationally from its bases in Manchester and Liverpool.

Established in 2016 by managing partner Damien Loughran and strategic partner Daniel Moon, Williamson & Croft employs more than 60 people.

It serves clients across sectors including technology, professional services, real estate, and media by using technology to deliver advice to clients.

Williamson & Croft’s entry into UHY Hacker Young complements the network’s purpose to assist business clients and is also a step in Williamson’s growth journey.

The timing coincides with the annual UHY Day, which falls on 1 December and observed by members of the international group.

In the Autumn Budget 2025 presented by Chancellor Rachel Reeves recently, it was outlined that the government will allocate £25m to the Insolvency Service over a five-year period.
