Round 14 of the 2025-26 Premier League season sees Leeds United welcome Chelsea to Elland Road on Wednesday evening.
The hosts have little time to dwell on a disappointing last-gasp defeat to Manchester City last time out, as they prepare for a second heavyweight meeting in four days against an opposing outfit aiming to return to winning ways.

A dismal first-half display saw Daniel Farke’s men head into the interval seemingly dead and buried at two goals down before they clawed their way back into the contest thanks to goals from Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha, only for Phil Foden to net a stoppage-time winner.
That saw Leeds fall to a fourth straight defeat, and they remain in the relegation zone of the Premier League table, albeit behind West Ham United in 17th place only on goal difference.
While Farke would have been pleased by his side’s second-half display in Manchester, the German head coach will know he is drawing increasingly closer to being shown the door unless he masterminds a turnaround sooner rather than later.

Now unbeaten in seven games across all competitions, Enzo Maresca’s men now trail league leaders Arsenal by six points and are slowly putting the league on alert as potential title contenders.
Chelsea currently have the second-best away record in the division, although they did suffer a 3-0 thrashing on their most recent visit to Yorkshire back in 2022.
However, that remains the Blues’ only defeat in the last 11 editions of this fixture since January 2003.
