Adonai Mitchell had a benchmark game for the New York Jets in the team's Week 13 win over the Atlanta Falcons.
Mitchell become only the third receiver to put up a 100-yard receiving effort against a strong Falcons (4-8) defense in 2025. The wideout for the Jets (3-9) managed to do so in the 27-24 win thanks to some help from quarterback Tyrod Taylor as well.

In little surprise, that left Taylor impressed by Mitchell like many.
"Very special talent," Taylor said via video conference. "Watching his routes and watching how he practices every day. It means a lot to him. Put the ball around him, and he's going to catch it."
Taylor finished 19-for-33 passing for 172 yards with his touchdown. The QB used his legs well too, adding another 44 yards on the ground.
Mitchell was complimentary of Taylor, specifically on his experiencing being something that has helped Mitchell personally. The receiver couldn't help but making a joke on Taylor's expense too.

"Just to soak up as much knowledge as I can (from Taylor)," Mitchell added.
