Cleveland Browns defensive tackle Shelby Harris had a lot to say about 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings after their teams faced off on Sunday.
Following the 49ers' defeat of the Browns 26-8 on Sunday, Nov. 30, reporters spoke to Harris, 34, who said he can "see why" Jennings, 28, was punched in his groin by Carolina Panthers' Tre'von Moehrig a week earlier.

"Like, I see why he got punched in the nuts," Harris continued, "because he said some things that you should not say to another man, ever."

Jauan Jennings on Sept. 14, 2025Harris said he doesn't "respect" Jennings' behavior on the field, "because you say that then run behind your O-line."
"That's some real soft shit, and I want that known. I see exactly why they punched him in the nuts, I'm surprised nobody punched him in the jaw yet," Harris concluded.

"I can't speak for how he was raised," said Garrett, 29.

Shelby Harris on Oct. 26, 2025 in MassachusettsBrowns reporter Camryn Justice said in a post on X she "was told [Jennings] was talking about wives and children" to his opponents. "Which obviously is always off limits in any scenario," Justice added.
Jennings was seen slapping Carolina's Moehrig, 26, at the end of their Nov. 24 matchup. Replays later showed that moments before, Moehrig appearing to swing a closed-fist punch directly at Jennings’ unprotected crotch, causing the 49ers receiver to keel over and then plead with officials to penalize the Panthers defender.

Moehrig was suspended one game for his hit to Jennings' lower half, per CBS.
