The Cape and Islands high school fall sports season has come to a close, which means that the weekly Player of the Week polls are finished as well.

Here are the final poll winners of the 2025 fall season, and the athletes and teams who had the most wins over the season.

Football

Final Winner

Tre’Chaun Days, Falmouth

Better late than never as Days won his first poll with 17% of the votes. He recorded two rushing touchdowns and two passing touchdowns to lead the Clippers to a 34-26 win over Nauset.

Most Individual Wins

Kyle Coffin, Barnstable

Coffin won six of the eight polls, which included four in a row.

Most Team Wins

Nantucket, Falmouth and Barnstable had one player each.

Girls Soccer

Olivia Eldredge, Monomoy

Eldredge won her first poll with 57% of the votes as she made 13 saves in goal in a loss to Nauset.

Most Individual Wins

Mary Kudarauskas, Sturgis West

Kudarauskas won three polls, but never won back-to-back weeks.

Most Team Wins

Sturgis West, Upper Cape, Sandwich, Falmouth and Monomoy tied with one player each.

Boys Soccer

Final Winner

Tucker McNamara, Sturgis West

The center midfielder won his first poll of the season with 48% of the votes as he scored a hat trick and provided an assist in a 4-1 win over Sturgis East.

Most Individual Wins

The boys soccer poll was the most competitive as no player won more than once.

Most Team Wins

Mashpee (Tristan Mastrogiacomo and Hayden Ruthven) and Nantucket (Parker Furtado and Raakin Brannigan) were the only two teams with multiple winners.

Girls Volleyball

Final Winner

Violet Yingling, Nauset

Yingling won her first poll of the season with 97% of the votes. She had 12 kills, one assist and 11 digs as the Warriors swept Nantucket.

Most Individual Wins

Bella Magalhaes, Barnstable

Magalhaes had the most poll wins with three, and they were the first three polls of the season.

Most Team Wins

Sturgis West was the only team with multiple winners with Sage Hampton and Noe Kittila.

Field Hockey

Talya Panepinto, St. John Paul II

Lions' goalie Panepinto won her first poll of the season with 56% of the votes as she made 28 saves in a loss to Dennis-Yarmouth.

Most Individual Wins

Maddy Swett (Monomoy) and Addy Callachan (Dennis-Yarmouth) each had two poll wins on the season.

Most Team Wins

The Division 4 state champions, Dennis-Yarmouth, were the lone team with two winners (Callachan and Leah Woodward).
